Working With Me
As your coach, I'll act as your running mate as you navigate present challenges and help you prepare for the next stage of your career. I do this by helping you accept where you are right now, uncover what’s holding you back and understand what you want next. I’ll support you in your choices and in your plans to make it happen.
We'll work collaboratively to find practical actions that can promptly be put into place. My focus will be 100% on you! We'll create an authentic connection where I'll be leading you to turning points in your personal and professional life.
Having lived and worked in corporate positions in the US, Norway, France and Canada over the past 35 years I gained broad executive experience. In my personal life, I've had rich life experiences which led me to where I am today working with clients from all over the world.
As a client you can expect
· real progress towards your goals,
· a heightened belief in yourself and others around you,
· a renewed sense of how to build upon your strengths,
· support with the tools, techniques and methods that sustain results,

After many years in Europe, in 2018 I moved back to Canada, where I grew up and lived most of my life. I now live in Vancouver, BC.
I was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 35 and learned to control the condition successfully through meditation, value-based living, primarily vegan nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle.
Besides my career in coaching, I love being close to nature. Outdoor activities are part of my daily routine starting with meditation most mornings.
